Performances
Students have many opportunities to experience the thrill of performing for an audience.
Snow Queen at the Herberger Theater Center: Dance students from all over the Valley have the unique opportunity to perform in this winter class.
Dance Recital at Scottsdale Center for the Arts: Students
get to perform for family and friends in this large, beautiful venue.
Each class performs choreography based on the recital's theme.
Past themes have included Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Coppelia.
Informal Showings at Dance Theater West:
At the end of each dance semester, parents are invited to observe the
final dance class to get a "sneak preview" of the recital material.
Other Performance opportunities: The
students who participate in Story Book Ballet Theater perform classical
ballets at theaters, schools, and workplaces around the Valley.
